  • Kellbell CustomĀ Design will not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final unless the item you received is defective.Ā 
  • In the event you receive a defective item, damaged items, or are missing item(s) from your order, please contactĀ Kellbell CustomĀ Design at kelly@kellbellcustom.com within 7 days of your items being delivered.Ā 
  • Be sure to include your order number, description of the problem, and pictures if possible.Ā 
  • Damaged items or defective items, which have been customized will not be replaced, but a store credit will be issued.Ā Ā
