I bought the ultimate blank assist and can not figure out why my bamboo lids will not stick to the suction cup. I am disappointed that this doesn't work because I have many projects I could use it for.

I ordered the big one last time, couldnt get it to work. I ordered the small one this time, cant get nothing to stick to this one either.
